The Allen Township Meeting room is available for rental. The room can accommodate approximately 50 people using tables and chairs or 100 people using only chairs. Tables and chairs are furnished by the Township. Rental includes use of the kitchen area and public restrooms.
Step 1 – Find an available date by checking the Hall Rental Calendar by clicking here.
Step 2 – Once you have picked an available date on the Hall Rental calendar, click here for a copy of the rental form and the rules and regulations concerning rental of the building.
Step 3 – Fill out the rental form and mail with your check to the address on the form to reserve your day.
Step 4 – Once your rental form and check have been received your event will be placed on the calendar. You will then be contacted by phone or email to confirm your reservation.
Step 5 – A few days before your event contact one of the Township officials (click here) and arrange to meet to get a keyfob and further instructions.
